My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in curiosity. Therapy with me offers a space to slow down, be witnessed, explore patterns, and feel into your emotions. I often say that 90% of my job is to help you feel your feelings.

My approach is to create a supportive space where you can turn toward the things you’ve been carrying, ease some of the burdens and stuck emotions you may be experiencing, and make more room for you to shine in your life.

I’m trans, somewhere on the spectrum of transfeminine and nonbinary.  I often identify as a trans woman, but that doesn’t describe my full experience. I’m neurodivergent and can resonate with these experiences. I also have lived experience in ethical non-monogamy (ENM).

Some aspects of my lived experience may resonate with yours, while other experiences may arise from identities and intersections different from my own. I work to meet each part of your story with humility and compassion and see the strengths you bring to your journey.

In my previous lives, I have worked as an artist and a disability advocate. I am also active in dance and sex positive communities.

I split time between Berkeley, CA and Oregon.

My approach is generally – relational, gestalt, somatic, and trauma-informed. My attention is often focused on what is happening for you in the here and now – with an additional eye on what might be arising from your past experiences. How did the systems you walked in shape you? How do systems and forces continue to shape your experience? I work with a liberation-focused lens, honoring intersectionality.

I used to work as an artist and am a part of various dance communities. I tend to bring art and movement into the therapy room as much as possible. Play is resistance! I offer space to explore alternative channels your body-mind-spirit may want to utilize to express itself(s). Therapy is a sacred space for transformation and expression and being witnessed.
